Only 500 m from the house, you’ll find a public pool open in July and August, a tennis court, and a bar-restaurant open during summer. The area is perfect for scenic walks or bike rides. The picturesque village of Boucieu-le-Roi, with its rail bike along the Doux Gorges, is nearby. You can also enjoy the little steam train connecting Tournon and Lamastre. The Peaugres Safari is about 35 minutes away near Annonay, and the famous Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval in Hauterives is 50 minutes away. Valence is also accessible in 50 minutes. The accommodation is a house with outdoor space and a garden. On the ground floor, there’s a living room with a kitchen area, a shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and another with two 90 cm single beds, plus a toilet and storage. Guests have access to the house and grounds. The house is independent and located next to the owner’s. A shared washing machine is available. Self check-in is possible, and you can park in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.
